Hi All,
I'm having a weird problem at my client.
We've installed a gateway cluster with 2 machines.
The setup is exactly the same (confirmed with winmerge foldercompare).
On the one machine we get all the counters as expected in the SystemCounterAggregationReport.
On the other machine we only get SystemMEMUsedPercent.
Has anyone got any ideas on the reason for this and how to fix it?
This messes up my monitoring of the gateway cluster.
Thanks!

Hi @rvanhove,
Have you checked the software environment and device settings to confirm they have similar configurations? Power bi or gateway requests may be blocked due to different configurations.
Add Power BI URLs to your allow list
Adjust communication settings for the on-premises data gateway

Might be related to the fact that one is the anchor member (ie the dispatcher) and the other one is only a recipient of the distributed requests.
Another reason can be that your load is insufficient and the anchor does all the work.
The load is definitely sufficient for both machines.
We installed the second one because the first was strugling with the load.
To make matters more interesting, the first gateway machine now also stopped reporting the other counters in the SystemCounterAggregationReport...
