Gateway help

Hi, 

I am stuck trying to work out an issue I have.

I had my personal gateway up and running with no issues then I decided to play with some settings. No idea what I have done. 

I am a new user so it hopefully is somethign simple. 

I have the personal gateway set up and it says its working. The gateway shows up in power bi in my Gateway connection settings. When I go to select the gateway which also shows as its working I get the below error. 

Any help would be fantastic

Hi @trwatts ,

What the version of your personal gateway?  Is it 3000.45.7? Many issues can surface when the gateway version is out of date. It's a good general practice to make sure you're on the latest version. If you haven't updated the gateway for a month or longer, consider installing the latest version of the gateway. Then see if you can reproduce the issue.
