Gateway Login Issue

I have installed the Personal Gateway and I am getting the following error when I enter my credentials into the login process. Any ideas?

This  blog by Adam Saxton is a good place to start, i've seen this personally and the info in this post resolved it.

Hi ,

  I am getting below error in Power BI Gateway Enterprise. Can anyone help me on this.

"Failed to contact gateway service"
