Gateway Installation failure: The profile of the user is a temporary profile

I had installed on premises data gateway in enterprise mode. Later to test few configurations I uninstalled enterprise mode and installed personal mode. Now I would like to install the enterprise mode again. I uninstalled personal mode and when I am trying to install enterprise mode I am getting this error

These are the troubleshooting options I followed, 

1. As suggested under this thread, I removed RSA folder under crypto folder

2. Removed all the gateway related folders and uninstalled enterprise gateway installation and restarted the machine and tried installing again.

3. I am using the latest version of gateway application 

4. My ID has gateway admin and tenant admin permissions 

5. Gateway recovery key is correct 

One suspecting thing is, As far I know, gateway installation should happen in PBIEgwService folder under serviceprofiles folder. However, I am not sure why, everytime it is creating a temp folder under serviceprofiles folder. 

Please share your suggestions to solve this issue

What OS is this on? Are you administrator on the VM?

Operating system: Window 10

You should use a Windows Server OS for the Enterprise gateway VMs.

Just to clarify, I am using Windows server 2022 OS (based on windows 10 codebase)
