Gateway Connection

My data source file in report has an error which says data sources not reachable. and my gateway in the report is also not configured correctly. how should i fix? i only have read only status to data source file and i have admin status in my gateway to the report. Appreciate your help as this is urgent for me.

Hi @zvn 

As long as your connection is not succesful to data source from Desktop you can't setup a gateway (GW) connection. You need to fix that and post that once you publish your file the data sources can be added to gateway easily.

If the the not reachable error is in service then it can be generally due to the issue with the GW setup. Go to manged gateways and connections in service and configure the connection correctly.
