Is there a way that I can have power bi service to send me a full snapshot of my report after the repory is refreshed daily.
I understand that current subscription can do this, but I would like to have a little more than that. The report contains a lot of tables which have breakdown and these breakdown are not expanded. Even if they are expanded, we need to scroll down the table then only we can see everything. Is there a way that I can get a snapshot (or may be export to excel) of the report all the breakdown to be captured in the snapshot as well?

It would be better to keep snapshots of the database. It would be much better to use a database that supports CDC (change data capture)
If you must, you can use Power Automate to schedule extracts of your PBIX file (with the usual limitations). The expansion of visuals depends on on the settings you specified when publishing the pbix.
What's the business value of these snapshots?
This is because we found out that there were changes happened in the database that we are not aware of. It was quite late when the user highlight to us and we can't replicate the numbers that our users saw. Thus, we would like to keep a copy of the pbix file and check which part has gone wrong.
