Folder Connection-Onedrive Shared Folder

I have created a BI report by connecting two folders as data source which have been shared with me. When I refresh the file in power bi it works fine. But on publishing in service, on refreshing it says : "Failed to update data source credentials: File or Folder: We couldn't find the folder 'C:\Users\Rahul.Das\OneDrive - VGM Consultants Pvt Ltd\Database\ConvoxDownload\ALL_APR\Process Specific\Rama\Kol135\APR\*"

The two shared folders were added to "my flies" from the onedrive web which eventually gets synced with my desktop.

There is one file which is connected through web link which works fine but the two folders data sources are the ones which are not getting connected to service.

From your message it appears that your files are sitting locally on a server. If you want to refresh the files in your C:Drive you would need to install the Power BI Gateway and connect to the folder.
