Fill Map working in desktop, but not in service

I have a filled map with a region field, and a count for the color saturation. This is rendering in the desktop app correctly. When I go to publish it, and view the service however, I get an error that more location data is needed. I'm using Direct Query to connect my reports to an Azure SQL server. This filled map used to render correctly in the web service.

Has anyone seen this issue or have any suggestions?

Thanks!

I am having the same issue.

Just adding myself to this thread in the even someone answers.

Tina

I'm having the same issue also. Works in desktop but not in web. Was working properly but seems like recent update may have done something to the map.

My location is formatted as follows, "city, state, country"

Someone mentioned in this thread that a similar bug is known and working on.  I've personally got the bug with the Fill map, so i'm hoping this solves our issue.

@jemay,

This filled map used to render correctly in the web service.
Have you made any modification for your Power BI report? Could you please share us more detail information about your data structure, so that we can make further analysis.
