Feature Adoption Usage report (system generated report)is refreshing the data and showing last refreshed date and time but the date slicer in the report (end date )is not moving. What could be the reason. How to fix this. Appreciate your solutions. TIA

Hi,
I raised microsoft support ticket and they asked me to reintialize the workspace by using postman app and it worked. It refreshed on Friday and have to check whether it is moving the end dates after refreshing

I tried setting the date filter to Relative last 30 days, but it appears that the end date remains fixed and doesn't update dynamically.
Aside from raising a ticket with Microsoft, is there any other workaround i can try?

Hi @Renit , Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Community Forum.
This is likely because the slicer is tied to a static date table that doesn’t expand as new data is loaded. This is common in Microsoft’s system-generated reports, where the date table is predefined and not dynamically linked to the latest data in the usage logs.
Even though the report refreshes, the slicer continues to reflect only the original date range in that table, unless it’s specifically designed to grow with the data. Since these reports are usually read-only, you likely can’t edit the model or date table directly.
If the report allows interaction, try switching the slicer to a Relative Date slicer, which automatically updates to show recent data. If editing isn’t possible and the date range continues to lag behind the refreshed data, the best course is to raise a Microsoft Support ticket, as this would need to be resolved on their end.
