Falha ao atualizar as credenciais da fonte de dados - SQL - Windows sem representação

Estou tentando conectar via gateway a um novo servidor mas recebo mensagem de erro relativo à validação das credenciais. Uso Windows sem representação.

Verifiquei que o servidor está ok (funciona no SSMS e no Azure Data Studio). Meu gateway consegue se conectar a todos os outros servidores normalemente. Só este apresenta problema.

A conexão também funciona normalmente no Power BI Desktop.

Alguém pode me ajudar?

This could be due to several possible reasons, such as:

• The gateway is not updated to the latest version. Updating the gateway might resolve some compatibility issues with the data source. 
• The gateway is not configured properly for the data source. You might need to specify the server name, database name, and authentication method correctly.
• The gateway does not have sufficient permissions to access the data source. You might need to grant the gateway service account or the Windows account used by the gateway the required permissions to connect to the data source.
