Email Subscription: My subscriptions disappeared
Hi all,
I have this issue, I had set up 2 subscriptions to 2 different reports and when I was on my vacations, my colleague took over the datasets of those reports to fix an error in the schedule refresh and ever since my subscriptions disappeared from me and are only visible to my colleague even though I took over the datasets after my return.
The emails send normally but I have no view to those subscriptions.
Any Ideas how I can see them again?
Thank you in advance,
Eleftheria

Hi elia22gr ,
This could be a bug or a limitation in the Power BI service. Here are some possible solutions that you can try:
- Ask your colleague to transfer the ownership of the subscriptions back to you. This will make you the owner of the subscriptions again and allow you to view and edit them.
- Ask your colleague to delete the subscriptions and recreate them for you.
