Is there a way to copy all items from a Workspace into another Workspace?

I have a user thats created a Workspace. As Fabric Administrator I am standardising the lakehouse, for the company and the different businss unitis within the organisation and want to copy all items from the existing workspace into a a new Workspace.

The items include
Report
Workbook (spreadsheet)
Semantic model (tables)
Dashoboard

Or do I need to create from scratch and manually copy all items from the existing workspace and upload into the new workspace and lakehouse

Yes you are right, the article is dated in 2019.  There maybe a newer method to copy/move workspaces. all good ..
