I would like to share a workspace created by me with one colleague outside my organization to collaborate in developing reports and datasets in the area and share the gateway that I registered. I read in documentation that It was mandatory to convert the workspace in an app-model to share externally and I did it. We both have PRO license. His mailbox is under x@z.com and he uses this address to access PowerBI, the main user linked to this mailbox is y@z.com. When I try to share the workspace/app to y@z.com it goes well but he can't login to see it. When I try to share to x@z.com it returns error. Same thing when I try to share the gateway.
When I share internally to my organization when typing it suggests me the user address, not the address of its mailbox like for this case. How to solve this problem? Thanks

For this to work you need to enable Azure AD B2B. I believe this link Distribute Power BI content to external guest users with Azure AD B2B has a very good description of what to do.
You also have to enable some settings in the Power BI Admin portal.
Users can even have access to the workspace if that is necessary.
Hi @AGo ,
Could you please check the option status in the Admin Portal if you want the outside user can edit the content in your workspace.
Then add them as the member of app workspace after you set them as the guest. They can see all the content shared with them after they sign in with tenant URL.
