Exporting issues

Good afternoon,

I have just shared a reporting pack including different reports for the business and we are having an issue when we share reports with users accross the company in term of Exporting data.

I am sharing from our new company workspace and just the users are members, owners, contributors etc... can export, but users out of the workspace I have just shared the report with, they have no this export option when they are trying to export.

I have been reading post in the forums and amended the permissions to build and also allow end users to export in Desktop options.

Can you please support? thanks

Please refer to the limitation in the document https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/visuals/power-bi-visualization-export-data.

Export data isn't available for users outside of your organization who are using a dashboard that an internal user has shared with them.

Nope, this is due to build permissions being required on dataset in order for an export to work for a user you've shared report with. The entire point of sharing a report is now defunct.
