Export to only pdf in paginated report

Hello All,

Is there any possibility to show only export to pdf option and hide all other export options in power bi paginated reports or any alternative method to not allow the users to modify the exported file.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

You can disable other export options in the admin portal.

I want to  hide all other export options except export to pdf i.e user should be able to export to pdf and I want to implement this to only one paginated report remaining all other reports will have export options as usual.
If we cannot hide all other export options is there a way to disable the editing option in excel after the user exports?

Hi @Anonymous97 ,

You can assign users to roles that do not have export permissions. This limits their ability to export the report in any format, but it also restrains other exporting capabilities.

You can also disable other export options in the admin portal. Only the export to pdf function is retained.

Hello, when you say: "You can assign users to roles that do not have export permissions." to which roles are you  referring to?
we are having exactly the same problem, we want to restrict the export as option, of a paginated report to only a pdf option, but without altering the general settings at the Tenant level.
I had tried to test exporting the report, first while having viewer role in a workspace, and i was seeing all export options. Even, i asked to be removed of a workspace and then have the paginated report and semantic model shared with me (read only acess), but i am also still able to export the report in different formats... 
am i missing something.
