Export to PowerPoint returns Error code 200 when filtered on some object values, but not others

 Hi there,

I tried to find similar issues but none was experiencing the same problem: 

I have a global filter to make my PowerBI about a company or another, but for one specific (identified at least), I get this error back :

To precise, this particular company doesn't show uncommon number of lines or anything. Visuals are working fine, export to PDF as well. Powerpoint is 20pages big, around 20mo when working. (which could be lighter for images in my opinion but not the matter here)

Any idea on how to fix or analyze the issue ?

Thanks a lot for your answer.

I can't say for sure if it worked for this specific value of the filter before as we have 300+ related companies and tested merely a hundred of it.

In this case it does fail after only 1mn38s. For other filter values, report usually get exported in around 2mn. 

I'll open a ticket and update here, as it seems to be very specific.

Update : My nonprofit organization has no support plan, so ... We'll hide it under a carpet and hope this one is an isolated mistery case.

You don't have to have a support contract.  If you just go to here: https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/newsupportticket/powerbi

you can create a support ticket.

Since you stated this did work I am wondering if it got too big?  (Thinking about the 6 minute rule?)  Or, has a new visual been added that can't be exported?

You mention that it does export to PDF but that is not necessarily an indicator as they have different criteria for the export.

If it did work and now it doesn't and you have not changed any visuals and you pass the limitations then the next thing to do is to open a ticket and this is on the Service side and not something that we can fully troubleshoot other than those limits I mentioned.

If you open a ticket, please let us know the resolution.
