Export to Excel Empty Result Problem

A user is viewing dashboards with data on an On-Premise Power BI Reporting Server. However, when this user exports to Excel, they get an empty Excel file. There are no issues with other users. What could be the reason for this?

I am sharing a screenshot below.(censored the content due to data security reasons.) It only contains text with the selected filters. Normally, the table exported to Excel consists of 10+ columns and 1000+ rows.

HI,@aspendus9

Regarding the issue you raised, my solution is as follows:

1.First, check to see if the user has insufficient role permissions in the workspace, and the Viewer role may be restricted.

2.Second, check if RLS is set for the user, as RLS will not only limit the visualization that the user can see, but will also cause the data to be empty.

3.Finally, check if your administrator has restricted exports for that user.
