Export of tables not working

I am having what looks to be a similar problem to several others and i don't see that it has been answered here on this board. When I share a report with others in my org and give them full permissions to build access, etc they are unable to export data from tables. In the other options list the export option never shows up. It is also not a Visual Headers issue as that is enabled for this table.

I've scoured the settings menus and can't figure what it could possibly be so any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @maxc89

Have you tried the "Reset to Default"?

Hi @maxc89

Can you make sure in the report settings that you have enabled the export options as shown below

Go to your report and click on the three dots and select settings

Then scroll down and under export settings make sure that it is set to anything other than None

These setting were already properly set. This is the frustrating part that makes no sense - as far as I know all setting are correct to allow table export to excel.
