I have a table in BI that is summarized based off of a "lastest date" column I created. I have to do this because there are multiple records for each invoice for each workflow and I only want to show the latest status and details for the invoice. There are many columns in the table and most of them are sum based, however there are others that I have set to "Do Not Summarize", I have also checked the "Show Items w/ No Data". All of the records in the table are appearing accurate, however when the table is exported the data is mismatched and not all of the rows are in the export. For example, the project name and number columns seem to have been swapped in the export somehow but show correct in the table.
As you can imagine, this is not a great result as the data is not reliable. I tried to change the Do Not Summarize columns to First or Earliest depending on the data type but then my table gets messed up and data is restricted.
I really do not know what to do, please help!
I was able to find the issue. I had items in the table showing as first so in the export it was mixing things up. All is corrected now.

If the data displays correctly in your table visual then you can take the DAX query and run that same query from Excel (or wherever you export to)
