Export items more than 1,50,000

Hi ,

I have a power BI matrix visual where I can export 1,50,000 rows to excel. But my requirement is to export more than 1,50,000.
Is there a way to achieve that?

Thanks in Advance!!!!

Hi @Bharat7 ,

To my knowledge ,  you can not export more than 1,50,000 rows to excel directly in Power BI, it is by design.

You may vote the idea  and comment there to improve this feature. It is a place for customers provide feedback about Microsoft Office products . What’s more, if a feedback is high voted there by other customers, it will be promising that Microsoft Product Team will take it into consideration when designing the next version in the future.

Or You can follow this link below to see if it will meet your needs.

Hope it helps,

@Bharat7 I think you have the possibility to embed paginates reports in the web app, and it was introduced recently.

@Bharat7 I would recommend using Power BI paginated report, if it is a one-time stuff then you can export using DAX studio.

Hi @parry2k , Thanks for the reply. I can try paginated but in my case I embedded the report in web app. So paginated may not work
