Export To File Api not working

While using this api

"POST https://api.powerbi.com/v1.0/myorg/reports/{reportId}/ExportTo"

        "code": "InvalidRequest",
        "message": "Report requested for export is not on dedicated capacity"
    }
}

 

I am getting this error currently i have pro account 
Is this is the case of pro or premium account or something else 
Please help regarding this

Hi. Sadly, even if we check the code it won't work. The report you're exporting must reside on a Premium or Embedded capacity.

As you mentioned it reside on a Premium or Embedded capacity so is it possible to get Embedded capacity with pro account
