Export Report pages using Power Automate

Hello everyone,

I'm currently working on a proof-of-concept to export PDF pages via Power Automate from a Power BI workspace. I'm doing this on a trial Premium per User (PPU) account. The objective is to generate a PDF and email it to end-users who don't have assigned licenses. However, my flow ran into the following error:

Could this issue be due to the trial account status? If I switch to a dedicated PPU workspace, will the flow for PDF export work successfully? Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Hi @FlightofICARUS ,

To export Power BI Reports with Power Automate, make sure you have the following prerequisites:

• At least one workspace in your Power BI tenant backed by a reserved capacity. This capacity can be any of the A1/EM1 - A6/P3 SKUs. Read more about reserved capacities in Power BI Premium.
• Access to the standard connectors in Power Automate which come with any Office 365 subscription.
