Export Data Not Visible

Hi,

A member with only read access is not able to see the export data option. is there anyway to enable it.

Please verify that the read only user is mousing-over the visual where the data export is requested. This is assuming you mean export data as opposed to download pbix. Many times, my newer users do not know that export only appears when the mouse is over the visual with the data.

@kcantor Yes, the user is hovering over the visual. This is happening in Power BI Service not in Power BI Desktop.

Has it something got to do with 'Read' access?

Also, while sharing the report, I unchecked the box that says "Allow users to build new content using underlying datasets". Can this be a reason?
