Excel failing to update charts on Refresh and Crashes on Copy and Pasting Charts

Hi there,

Over the past few months, the latest versions of excel fail to update charts on refresh of data. This looks to be linked to other chart issues where copying and pasting a PivotChart causes Excel to crash outright.

This issue can be recreated by creating a random table with 2 columns, adding it to the datamodel, creating a chart with the data and then trying to copy and paste the chart (which subsequently crashes Excel).
