Excel File refresh returning no data

Hi,

I have excel file that were exported from Visual in Capacity Metrics Utilization and Metrics Report, that is automatically generated by the premium metrics app. 

 

I am choosing the summarized data, xlsx format with live connection, that contains data going to the last 14 days.

I am saving my excel files into sharepoint, and every 14 days, i open the files and refresh . For some reason, sometimes my  refresh is not returning anything.

no matter whether i do that from Data -> Refresh All or from the connections:

Any ideas/help is really appreciated.
