Im trying to setup scheduled refreshes but I am receving this error for both schedule and maunal refreshes. On desktop the file refreshes perfectly fine.
Data source error:Information is needed in order to combine data. Please specify a privacy level for each data source.;Information about a data source is required.. The exception was raised by the IDbCommand interface. Table: SpineSport AR.

I look at similar posts and I made sure of the following:
I made sure all of these credentials on Services are configured.
On Desktop I made sure all of these are the same.
I also have this option enabled.
I appreciate any help. I wish things like this weren't so convoluted.
yes I agree with @lbendlin answer, you have to match privacy level across all sources. Hope below yotube videos will help you to solve the problem

Are these true Web connections or are you accessing Excel files on Sharepoint?

I am accessing Excel files on Sharepoint.
Then you should use SharePoint Folder connections, not Web connections.
