Hello,
I want to report 3 errors. My NGO has office 365 subscription. So we get PowerBI free tier.
1- However, when I go to app.powerbi.com (or click on powerbi icon from office.com), I get this error:
(Owl image)
2- When I try to login inside PowerBI desktop all, I get "500 internal server error"
3- When I try to open a support ticket, I can't, because I'm not "PowerBI Pro" tier.
It is possible that many people are in my shoes, and can't get the word to Microsoft because we can't open support tickets.
Any help would be appreciated.

Hi @Anonymous
As far as I am aware a NGO still gets a Power BI Pro license at a reduced rate. I would follow that up.
With regards to the error you are viewing what happens if you try a different browser?
Also what happens if you try and access the Power BI Service from another network can you log in?
Hello,
Trying another browser didn't help. I'm getting same error from chrome & Edge.
Trying another network: I can login using my work email. But if I use the NGO login, I get the error.
