Error in usage metrics report

Hello,

In my power bi service when i schedule a refresh it redirects me to usage metrics report setting page. 

There was error in my power bi dataset i have fixed it and again refreshed it. Also, i have entered the credentials and then refresh it again. But i'm still getting this error. 

Why is this causing and how can i fix this?

What is the data source related to this semantic model ? Can you refresh the semantic model normally in PBI Desktop ?

Thanks for replying. We are connecting the data with azure. 
I have refreshed the semantic model in desktop and then again published in the development workspace but still facing the same issue. 
Also the usage metric data connect status shows offline and when i enter my credentials it doesnt take my credenstials. After trying for 2-3 time it takes the credentials and status shows online. 
Is this related to the issue i'm facing?
