Error : Gateway with PostgreSQL

Hello everyone,

I have installed a data gateway on a server to connect Power BI Service to an Azure PostgreSQL database.

When I add a data source in the gateway, I have this message :

So I have installed Npgsql in the server but I still this same message.
Can you help me ?
