Hi, first post everyone.
I'm having issues with one of my Power Automate flows. I have multiple flows transferring Microsoft form data to tables in a single excel spreadsheet in Teams - this spreadsheet is like a form data dashboard. All of my flows except one work fine. The busiest one (bar far) keeps getting Error 504 codes. I re-submit the forms via form history but they keep failing. I have to delete the flow and re-create the flow from Step 1, and then they work even when I re-submit. This keeps happening. I don't understand it? I am getting this message in teams, which may be something to do with it?
SECURITY WARNING External Data Connections have been disabled
However, the other flows into the same spreadsheet work fine.
Thanks everyone.
Jamie
The error message you're receiving - "Error 504" - typically indicates that the server was unable to respond to the request within a certain amount of time. This could be due to a variety of factors, such as network connectivity issues, server overload, or other technical problems.
Regarding the "Security Warning External Data Connections have been disabled" message, it's possible that this is related to the error you're seeing.
Quick question : Can you check if the flow is trying to access external data sources and encountering issues with security protocols or permissions ?
it's difficult to diagnose the issue without more information or a closer look at your flow and settings. Can you Share more details ?
