Hi, @Ricardoncjr 

Based on my research and previouis experience on this issue error message returned, it's usually given when you are trying to refresh or query the data source using the gateway connection but met the gateway timeout issue, for the troubleshooting steps, please kindly refer to this:

1 .Please go to the dataset setting to check the gateway connection settings detailed, if all the gateway datasourcs has been created and mapped:

2 .When you create the gateway datasources, can they be successfully tested when you are not "skip test" for the creations for these datasets:

3 .If you can make sure above thing but the issue is intermenttent, we may need to further investigate with the provided data source logs with the network traffic request sent from the IP address of the gateway server

4. If the connection can't work even when we create the gateway datasource, we need to first access the gateway server to check the specific issue for the gateway online test and test the connection between the gateway server and the datasource
