Hello,
I have published a powerbi file to the cloud which involved 2 data sources : one EXCEL (on onedrive) and ONE ORACLE. I am a powerbi pro user so I defined an ENTREPRISE GATEWAY which works fine in as much as there is only one ORACLE source. Basically if I have just one source either EXCEL (on onedrive) or ORACLE ... it is OK. My datasets are correctly connected to the gateway (ie : ORACLE). But both datasasources in the same powerbi leads to an error from the gateway. Could someone explain to me my mistake ?
Otherwise : From one powerbi workbook, is it possible to connect many datasources from different souces and refresh them ?
Thanks in advance.
Valérie.
Hi @VRENEE,
Currently, on-premises gateway doesn't allow you to combine online data sources and on-premises data sources. This is a known issue that has been submitted in the following link and the feature that using on-premises gateway to work with online data sources is under review, please vote it.

To work around the issue in your scenario, you can use the personal gateway to schedule refresh for your dataset when combining OneDrive data source and Oracle data source.
Thanks,
Lydia Zhang
