Enabling Data Export for Public Power BI Report
Bom dia, tenho uma dúvida. Eu uso o app.powerbi.com e quando vou em Arquivo --> Inserir Relatório --> Publicar na web (público), o link aberto pelo cliente não tem a opção de exportar os dados da tabela que ele quer. Como posso fazer para que qualquer pessoa com o link do BI possa exportar os dados? Aguardo sua resposta, obrigado.

1. For now, it is not support to export data from a report which has been published to Web. The CSS's response indicates that data export for public reports is intentionally disabled for security reasons. Suggest to the user to host their data on a separate web server if they wish to enable public access to downloadable data.

2. We could embed report to your own website or SharePoint. In this way, we can export data.
Embed report to website:
1) The Embed option doesn't automatically users to view the report. We can share embedded reports with users who require access. If you use a Microsoft 365 Group, we can list the user as a workspace member.
2) On the File menu, select Embed report > Website or portal. Copy the report URL and open on the website.
3) After the user has signed in, the report opens, showing the data and allowing page navigation and filter setting.

Embed reports to SharePoint:
1) For Embed report in SharePoint Online reports to work, please make sure users with free Fabric license can view a report that's hosted in Power BI Premium capacity or Fabric F64 or greater capacity.
2) Please make sure to review who can see the report within the Power BI service and SharePoint. Grant access to those that aren't listed. We could use a Microsoft 365 Group to build your SharePoint Online team site, list the user as a member of the workspace within the Power BI service and the SharePoint page or share directly with users.
In Power BI service:
Share Point:
3) On the File menu, select Embed report > SharePoint Online. Copy the report URL.
4) In SharePoint Online, select Pages > + New > Site Page to create a new modern site page.
5) Select Power BI web part
6) Select Add report and then Paste the previously copied report URL into the Power BI report link field.
7) Select Publish to make the change visible to your SharePoint Online users.
