Enable subscription In Report

Hi All, 

I have a Sales report published in services, and I have implemented dynamic row-level security in that report.

now I want an auto-generated mail of this report, for this, I have enabled a subscription it's working fine.

I want to receive mail from one person and only his data, how can I do it?

Wish I could help you, but failed to understand what your needs are when it comes to accepting data from just one person and does it have anything to do with configuring the RLS report and distributing it as you mentioned above?
Is the other person able to generate an RLS report and how do you then subscribe to it?
