The most secure way to share Power BI visuals without granting access to the dashboard is by exporting the visuals as images. This can be done by going to your desired visual in Power BI, selecting the "More options (...)" menu, and choosing "Export to PDF" or "Export to PowerPoint". This will create static images of your visuals that can be inserted into your PowerPoint slides. Note that these images won't be live or interactive, but they will be viewable by anyone without requiring access to Power BI.
