how to download power bi report after embed on other portal? So on portal their a option 2download?

Currently, it only supports downloading report from Power BI Service, see: Download a report from the Power BI service to Power BI Desktop (Preview).

While your demand is a good idea, you can post your new idea in Idea Forum , to improve the Power BI.
