Greeting guys , im asking what's the difference between Embed a "website or portal " and "publish to web" .
When i click publish to web the link doesnt work it shows the content is not available . only when i choose "website or portal" the link will work
any idea please

1. In your scenario, the link doesn't work may caused by limitations for Publish to web. Please check. And for Embeding a report in a secure portal or website, there are also some limitations.
2. The biggest difference between the two is that Embeding a report in a secure portal or website is safe, but Publishing to web is not.
