Hi,
Please I was wondering if there is a way one could embed mutiple reports in teams but instead of having them in various tabs, have one main "Power BI" tab and then a drop down with the various reports instead of the many tabs.
So for instance, when I drop down like below; I can see the carious reports added. Intead of multiple tabs.
Hi @yvette214 - you should consider publishing the Reports in an App. Then the App can be used as the Team tab. The users will be able to access the reports from the single tab.
@Daryl-Lynch-Bzy Unfortunately I tried the app earlier and it only gave me a drop down option to select reports in the app. It doesnt allow me to publish the app as a single tab.
Hi @yvette214 - that seems odd, but I see what you mean. Teams is looking to add a single report from the App rather than whole App. If a single report is available, you can use the "Open in App" option to launch the Power BI App in Team. This provide a view containing the list of reports in the app, but this no longer in the Team Channel. I guess you need to raise this as an issue.
@Daryl-Lynch-Bzy Thank you Daryl. I was able to figure this out but I am still not able to get multiple reports under a folder.. I dont even know if this is possible or not?!
