Eliminate "if you want to unsubscribe message" from Power Automate email

Hi all,

We've created a flow on Power Automate that sends an email when triggered by an alert from a tile. The email adds automatically a line at the end:

"If you want to unsubscribe from these emails, please use this form."

Is there a way to eliminate this line?

Thanks

Hi @AlB

What I would do is to use the alert from Power Automate to create a new email and then you could put in the alert details into a new email.

This will then eliminate the line at the end?

Thanks for your reply. I'm not sure I understand what you mean. Can you elaborate?

The alert is generated by a tile in a Power BI dashboard

Hi @AlB

As you can see below I get the Alert and then I send my own email

@GilbertQ

Yes! That looks exactly like what I am doing. Does it not add the line

If you want to unsubscribe from these emails, please use this form

at the end of your emails??

No I am not seeing this

If that is happening then I am pretty confident this is being inserted from Outlook and I would chat to your Network/Outlook admin

@GilbertQ

I see you have the block Send an email (V2)

I'm using Send an email (V3)

That's probably the reason?

The generated emails with the V3 block show this as sender in the from field:

     microsoft@powerapps.com via sendgrid.net

Hi @AlB

Give it a try I am pretty confident that it is from your Outlook Admin
