Edx training - Lab 4

Working through lab 4 and the gateway setup.  It is running.  doing credentials.  The country and population credentials work fine. Enter credentials for powerbi.accdb and I get the error that it can not find c:\dat207x\PowerBi.accdb.  Now we were warned to keep the default folder names which I have done.  When I look at dat207x I see the file just fine.  Where is it looking?

Verify the full path of that file first. Then check the permission on that file. Right click->Properties->Security. 

If everything is fine, but the issue still persists, I suggest you try ODBC connection.

thanks for the suggestions.  The permissions on the file are as shown for everyone on my laptop.  The path is just c:\dat207x\powerBI.accdb

I do not understand the ODBC comment.  Am I to create an ODBC connection to this file to see if I can access it?  I can open the file just fine in ACCESS.
