Hi all
I am not able to edit reports that I created within my personal area in Power BI service.
The original dataset has been initially published by using Power BI desktop.
If I connect to Power BI service by using the same internet connection used to first create the report than it is possible to edit it.
But if I connect by using an alternative internet connection there is no chance to edit it. I have just read-only access!
Any idea why this happens? Anyone has ever suffered from the same issue?
Regards
Alberto
Hi @albertoserinf,
I didn't encounter this problem on my side. Have you tested to sign in Power BI service with an other account, but still under these two networks, to check whether issue persists?

Yuliana Gu
Yes, this happens even if I sign in with a different user.
It seems to be related with internet connection/IP address.
We double check our internet policies and there are not restrictions connected with Power BI service.
It is really strange that when I am at work if I connect by using our LAN I can edit reports but if I connect using our WLAN I have read-only access.
Anyone knows if there are cookies used together with the first sign-in that later on are used to double check the authority of the signed account?
Regards
Alberto
