Drillthrough and right-click are not showing up in Matrix

On the online reports, there is no response when I try to right-click on Matrix, even no menu list showing up. It works when I switch the visual type to Table but can anyone tells me why? It is only happening on the online report but woring fine on desktop.

I am having the same issue. It works on the desktop version but not when I upload it to my workspace

I have tried to drill through with a matrix visual. The result is that it appears normal both in Powe BI Desktop and Power BI Service. I fail to reproduce you scenario. I wonder if you are using RLS or live conncetion. Have the report been modified recently?
