Don't get verification code email on sign-up
EMail host has confirmed they are not filtering anything as junk and spam protecton is off nothing in spam nothing in junk what can i do ??

Was looking to pick up email via hosts' webmail server and didnt see them .
Then to put email account details into iphone and verification code was there .
Then appeared on host webmail..
So NOT Powerbi issiue at all .
Just Host webmail doesnt pick them up , but if you put email detials into outlook/iphone then it will load.

Same as the others cannot register or get a code on sign up .
no spam filters
not in junk
server side saya they are not blocking
trying to create a test account and says its sent verification code but nothing ...
what can i do
