Hi dear community,
will be very grateful if you could help with your advice and some documentation regarding the following situation.
There are reports and dashboards published to Power BI service. There is a subscription which is created by another user (not me) and I can not see and adjust that subscription. The current problem is to disable the access and subscriptions for some users.
So, the following questions are open:
-is there any way to update the list of subscribers for a subscribtion which is created by another user
-if the pro licences for those people are revoked, will they have any way still to access the subscribed reports? Will they continue to get subscription emails?
Many thanks in advance for your feedback.

Hi @Anonymous
Currently it is not possible to edit someone elses subscription.
You can vote for the idea at https://ideas.powerbi.com
With regards to the access and subscription emails. People who are part of the subscription will still get the subscription email.
If the person who receives the subscription email and does have a Power BI Pro license, when they click on the link it will prompt them for a Power BI Pro license. Or if they have not tried out the trial before they could try the trail for 60 days afterwhich it will no longer work.
