DirectQuery with Aiven PostgresSQL?

Hi,

I have a lot of data in a Postgres SQL database. Unfortunately, importing appears to be very limiting for our options, so I want to DirectQuery. Currently, I am using ODBC and can import in PBI and in the service with refreshes, but I am having a lot of trouble in finding a solution to utilize DirectQuery. 

Has anyone been able to DirectQuery a Postgres DB from the PBI Service?

Instead of your ODBC driver, use the "built in" PostGreSQL driver

Behind the scenes it's a hidden SIMBA ODBC (shame on you , Microsoft!)  but it claims to support Direct Query.

 Ive tried using the native connector but it is unable to connect or get a response from the DB.
