Difficulties Renewing Pro Subscription

Hi there,

 

One of my team members has finished his free 60 day Pro trial, and we're having some difficulties renewing his subscription.

 

From what I've read online, we need to navigate to the Office 365 admin centre > Billing > Subscriptions. However I don't see a 'Billing' link. I googled this and found what I think is the Billing link (https://portal.office.com/AdminPortal/Home#/billoverview) but when I try to access this link, I get the following error:

 

You don’t have permission to access this page or perform this action.

Any advice would be much appreciated!

You must be your organization administrator so that you can go to O365 Admin Center. For more details, please see: Administering Power BI in your organization
