[Different Report Permissions]

Hello guys,

I am new into PowerBI and I am using it to make reports for my Master Thesis Degree. I am building a report with 20 pages and I would like to know if it is possible to give different permissions into my report. I mean, can I define a "Gestor" who can see everything and interact with the report, and then a client who can only see 1 or 2 pages? Can I create different client permissions and define that client 1 only can see page 10 and client 2 only can see page 12 for example? If so, how can I do it?

I would also want to ask if there is any way to export my PowerBI report into a PDF or email and keep it interactive?

For your first question, currently, the RLS restrict data access at the row level, and you can define filters within roles. While RLS is not supported to limit specified pages in Power BI currently . 

For your second question, there are options Export to PDF and Subscription in Power BI Service, while both just generate static snapshots of your report or dashboard .

There are some ideas about this issue, please vote it up, add security roles for separate pages (not RLS),  Make exported PDF interactive , Subscriber email-Interactive, and you can add your comments there to improve Power BI and make this feature coming sooner.
