Hi
We are using power bi for some of our sales reporting. One of the reports is based of the activity of the sales reps. The problem is that sometimes it takes up to two hours from the update is completed in powerbi.com until the refreshed data shows up in the published link or even the html integrated report. Is there someway to speed up that prosess? Or how can I keep my reports updated as close to the scheduled update as possible?
Bonus: We also have a prolem where time changes. So in my local report it says that a salesrep made his first call 8:30 am, but after the report is updated in the power bi servie, it changes by one or two hours depending on daylight saving. Is this normal? Do we have to make complicated adjustments? or subtract an hour from all times?

Hi @jacmanda ,
When the refresh is in fact slow or crash, it can be due to several reasons:
See more details: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/whitepaper-powerbi-premium-deployment#why-are-refreshes-sl....
You may try to improve the performance for the data model, see Power BI performance best practices .
For the schedule refresh delay, you can refer to Microsoft Official document https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/refresh-data#setting-a-refresh-schedule.
>>Note also that the configured refresh time might not be the exact time when Power BI starts the next scheduled process. Power BI starts scheduled refreshes on a best effort basis. The target is to initiate the refresh within 15 minutes of the scheduled time slot, but a delay of up to one hour can occur if the service can't allocate the required resources sooner.
Please set schedule refresh for different datasets at different times, and make sure that you are using the latest version of gateway.
Please make sure that you don't schedule more than max parallel refreshes for the different nodes in these capacities. Also we suggest that you first disable all refreshes on all capacities. Then slowly enable the refreshes one by one. Make sure refreshes are staggered apart (e.g. 1 hour apart), and that no more than max concurrent refreshes happen at overlapping time periods.

Amy
