For the past week or so, users have been complaining that the report numbers are wrong.
What turns has been happening is that some change has happened where the 11:59:59 PM part of the datetime paramater now longer sticks when the user changes the datetime paramater.
This has always been the case where it did and has only changed in the past week.
Is anyone else experiencing this (bad) behaviour?

Once date is changed with the calendar icon, the 11:59:59 PM time disappears
