Dataset refresh Issue

Hi Team,

We have been developed a report in our application using Power BI Pro Trail account and published on Power BI portal (https://app.powerbi.com). The report having dataset and we need to refresh the dataset dynamically. As we understand there is auto refresh (schedule option) for every 15 mins or data refresh limit 8 times per day. But according to our requirement , we need to refresh dataset when we before load or viewing the reports. So can you suggest us to suitable or alternative possibles so that we can refresh the data on report when either add record in database or refresh before loading the reports without time limit for the day.

Hi Harikrishna,

There could be only one option in your scenario that is Direct query. Because of the condition before loading. Please refer to desktop-use-directquery.

Another possible solution could be Power BI Premium. Please refer to service-premium#capacity-tiers.
